I was very happy with the service I reicieved, my facial was amazing but I didn't like afterwards when taken to the lounge how I felt pressured to buy something. I felt I had no option than walking out without having bought at least one thing. The lady was nice and proffesional but I didn't like the way I was made to feel. She even stood next to the register, almost to make sure I didn't walk out empty handed. I was looking at only receiving my facial and not buy any products so unfortunately I won't be back and I won't be recommending saltair to anyone else as I really didn't like the way I was made to feel. Not sure if you make the girls up sale? But i think this may be something you should reevaluate.
