I arrived for my appointment and was told that my appointment was actually at 11 however my confirmation text told me 9.45. They explained that it must have been changed but then I never received a call. I had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to come in early. I had other things planned for the day so this was not ideal to have to wait. I also wasn’t offered to add any extras onto my massage like I have the other 3 times I have been there and it felt very rushed

I booked in on the phone for 10:30am appointment and was told to come 15 minutes early to fill in paperwork, my reminder text a few days before also stated 10:30 and I confirmed. Then when I arrived this morning at 10:15 to start filling in paperwork before appointment they said the appointment was for 10:15! I showed them my text message which said 10:30, there was no immediate remedy or fix. I just went into the massage quickly and was only given a 45 minute massage as they obviously booked someone after me. As such I paid for a 60 minute massage and received 45 minutes I don’t think that is value for money.

Hi, I'd like to give some feedback about my treatment I had recently at saltair. As lovely as it was there were a coupleof negative / uncomfortable parts to the treatment that I'd like to inform you of for future treatments given to pregnant clients. As I was roughly 34 weeks pregnant when I had the treatment I was fairly big and heavy so it was hard when I was turned on my back for a long period of the treatment (1 -1 1/2 hrs) with a big hole where my belly was supposed to go and the weight of my belly towards the end was putting pressure on my back as the hole was not filled in. Also once the treatment was finished I was left in the room alone to attempt to get up off my back off the table that was slightly tilted which caused me to strain my belly as I was getting up. I write this email for feedback for the staff as I understand that those who have not been pregnant may not understand the difficulties we sometimes face. The kind lady that did my treatment was great although a couple of slight adjustments would have made my experience there so much more enjoyable.
