While the overall service etc was high quality. We were booked in for 4:00 for an hour massage. We arrived just before 3:45 and filled in the survey drank our tea / water in a room clearly not designed for 6-7 - I understand Sat afternoon is busy. We were walked around to our room just before 4:00 then the oil smell test then changing etc - after 4:00 when our 1hr massage began. The massage was lovely but when we finished changed and walked around and drank our water and returned to our car I noted that the time was 5:01. In effect we received an approx 45 min massage at most for our $99 - not value for money especially considering Saltair is more expensive than other Torquay Spa/ Massage centres in Torquay In future I would probably go to a centre in central Torquay as it was cheaper (minimally) but gave the full time of the massage making it better value for money
