Frances is the best! My friend recommended her to me after she got an amazing haircut and now I have an amazing haircut! I’ve been through so many hairdressers but always leave disappointed and disheartened with awful looking hair. Frances is wonderful! So skilled, saw the vision I had for my hair but added her knowledge to make sure that my hair would co-operate. She cuts with your hair, not against it, so you’re left looking how you wanted to even after you leave the salon. Brilliant! I’m so lucky to have been recommended her. The team at the salon were also lovely.

JW Hair is a beautiful salon with simply amazing customer service! I was served by Alana today who was so patient with me, answered all my questions in so much detail and took so much time and care with my hair. Absolutely loved my experience and results from Hayden - first hair cut in years that I have loved! Fabulous treatment from everyone in the salon, looking forward to going back
