Comment
The main problem I have in attending Pure Indulgence beyond a wax is that the noise from the hallway and outside can be very distracting and loud during relaxing appointments e.g. massage/facial. I also notice a few cleanliness or maintenance issues, but that not on the staff and more on the cleaning team/Westfield itself.
