I was really looking forward to my pedicure, it was a Christmas gift and I had been saving it for Valentine's day. But a couple of things happened during my visit which rendered the visit unenjoyable. First of all the staff asked me to select a colour to have my nails painted with, I gladly obliged and returned the colour choices to the front desk where one of the beauticians said she would make a record of my choice. Later the lady who was taking care of me seemed frustrated that I didn't know the name or number of my colour and shared a "look" with the lady behind the counter at my seeming incompetence - I'm sorry, not my fault. Secondly, I hardly call rubbing a bit of oil on my calves and then wiping it off with a towel the leg/foot massage that was advertised in the package. However, the wheat pack between my shoulder blades was very pleasant, it helped me to relax when my beautician wouldn't be quiet... I just want to enjoy the experience not have a heart to heart... And finally, I checked the box on the admin form that I didn't want to receive any kind of email traffic from Pure Indulgence... This was such a disappointing experience from a salon about which I have heard nothing but rave reviews... So to recap... attitude of staff left much to be desired, as did the "massage"...
