Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

I had my first experience at Gallo this week. I have also made another appointment. The staff were lovely and Francesco was absolutely lovely. I wish I had gone there years ago.
