Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Comment
A cut with foils and blow dry is a sheer delight at Gallo Hair. Phil, Francesco and the team are highly professional and genuinely warm hearted and their top level skills show in the final product. They give time and attention to your hair needs and you know you’re going to walk out of that salon looking and feeling great. Thank goodness a friend told me about Gallo Hair a year ago - been enjoying the experience ever since!
