Chiara was absolutely amazing. Bubbly, fun and knowledgeable. She did such a wonderful job with my half head of foils and cut. I was a bit nervous as a new hairdresser is always a bit risky but she was amazing. Highly recommend.

I spent $400 to have no change and transformation on my hair, expensive experience with the disappointed result. It just did my hair very dry and the colour is still orange.

The person that did my hear was clearly skilled at the cut and colour part of their job, but honestly pretty poor on the customer service side. Before beginning they said my hair was "a nasty colour" which was my own natural hair colour that hadn't been coloured in a very long time. I expect a lot of clients probably have long regrowth and old colour jobs that need refreshing post lockdown, but the attitude and multiple rude comments were not very kind or inviting. They also pulled my hair really hard when getting knots out at the basin and didn't do anything to make it a bit easier on my head. I usually wouldn't have a problem with this, but my scalp still hurt a day and a half later from this. I received a good hair cut and colour, but I didn't have a good experience. With the amount of money paid, I feel like I should have at least been able to enjoy something which would usually be a pleasureable experience.

Always warm & welcoming when it’s time for hair to be Zuzz’d up at Moda with the amazing George. And a special note of gratitude for the lovely Kiara (I hope I spelled her name correctly). I was relaxed, had tea, delicious chocolate, laughed and chatted away with both Kiara and George. And when my Zuzzing was done I walked out loooking fabulous and felt Queenly.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, highlighted by the senior stylist George. They are certainly a cut above! Great service, short wait times and above all a fun and friendly vibe from when you walk in till you leave. Would recommend this salon to anyone who does not mind a slightly more expensive haircut for a quality experience.
