I arrived early and was taken through by a very polite, friendly lady on the front desk. I was given a drinks menu to choose from and made to feel welcomed and comfortable. Stylist Natasha was, as always, lovely. We discussed what colour and cut I wanted. I asked Natasha her opinion and she gave me ideas and options. Natasha is full of knowledge and is an expert in what she does. With each step Natasha shows such care and pride in her work. I ask questions about products and techniques as we go and they're answered with enthusiasm and knowledge. My end style was beautiful, with tweaks made as she cut and dried with the result being better than what I imagined. I asked for some help with a product choice at the end and was given advice. Side note: After multiple visits i've not once felt pressured to buy items. They're suggested based on your style but in no way forced or "talked up". With this I do end up purchasing items as I feel it is a genuine review and have repurchased multiple products as they are great to use. As always Kaz's salon feels like a luxury experience without the hefty price. Every staff is a pleasure to speak to and create a relaxing atmosphere. Cannot recommend enough.
