I had the most amazing experience with Sandra, she really transformed my hair with how she shaped, blow-dried and styled my hair! Also, Sandra and Leanne gave me excellent advice and tips for how to get volumne in my hair and my hair to hold a style which I am so grateful for!

The girls are very friendly, however, the shampoo wash was very poor, very quick and no effort put into the wash at. It was over very quickly and head didn’t feel clean. Please remember that the wash experience is also important to customers, especially after a long day at work. I asked for a straight blow dry with a tuck under but my hair frizzed up the next day. There was not much heat or brush pull used to keep it nice and straight. The price of $73.00 is completely unjustified for the experience I had. I love your salon and the evening hours suit me as I finish work late on Tuesday but I wasn’t happy at all with my experience.

I had such an awful experience with this salon, after reading reviews which were amazing I came in for the first time confident that I would have received the same beautiful looks that I recently seen on Instagram. It was far from that. I had a hairdresser called Cara, I showed pictures of the colour I wanted which was baby blonde highlights, this is not what I received. After foil placement and toner my highlights were bright white and my lovely natural light brown hair colour was now an ashy brown. I told her that I wasn’t happy with the colour as it’s not what I asked for. She then told me that she could tone it down, after being in the salon for almost 4hrs at this stage I looked at my hair and she had died my highlights ginger. She then proceeded to gaslight me and said that this colour is what I asked for. She also stated that I was a bundle of nerves coming in and any colour she done I wouldn’t have been happy with it. She was correct I was nervous coming into a new salon that I had never been in before trusting someone new with my hair. I was treated so badly by this staff member that I actually burst into tears as I was told to go home and wash out the toner and that nothing further could be done. At this stage I was in the salon for 5+ hrs with a horrible colour and I haven’t even had a cut yet. A lovely girl called Amy intervened and made me feel so calm and listened to she was an a absolute angel and assured me she would try her best to fix my hair, at this point Cara had walked away and was no longer doing my hair. Amy placed more highlights in my hair and tried her best to take out the brown/grey toner in my hair. She did fix it amazingly but it’s still not the colour that I wanted. My hair is now dull/ dry and brittle after 3 toners and 2 sets of foils. I was at the salon for 7+ hrs and charged $400 for a colour I didn’t ask for and a basic cut. I have had to seek another hairdresser to fix my hair as have 4 different tones, grey/ red/ white and blonde in my once natural brown hair. I trusted this salon with my hair and have been left $400 short and a botched hair colour. The level of professionalism at this salon is poor from one staff member in particular Cara. I hope to have a refund as I have had to pay a further $300 to correct the damage and discolouration that head office have left my hair in.
