Worst hair salon experience I've ever had. Consultation consisted of an eye roll and being told no to the photos brought in as inspiration. If the colour inspiration is not realistic, or difficult to achieve, a client should be told this rather than being made to feel like they're the problem. Additionally, complaining to other staff about the requests of a client, who is in earshot, is completely unprofessional. There was a complete lack of communication throughout the appointment. Where communication did occur, it was blatantly rude and passive aggressive. Treatment throughout washing and hair cut was overly rough and uncomfortable. Finally, paid for toner and a treatment which was not received. Had to immediately wash and tone hair after the appontment as it was in such a poor state. Incredibly uncomfortable environment. Will not be returning, and will be sure to let others know not to visit.
