Great experience. Staff are very professional and friendly. If I could fault anything it would be that maintenance is not being carried out in pool area. The bottom of all columns around pool have been eaten away from salt water or chemicals in pool and need to be replaced with same or a band of aluminium/stainless steel. Looks terrible and have for a few years now. Windows could do with a wash from outside all the way around pool building. Lounge chairs have had cushions/mats replaced with the lowest budget/lowest thin quality ones available so sitting on them is not comfortable. Another sign reminding people to be aware of slippery floor when wet would be a good idea too as I have nearly slipped quite a few times despite being careful. Couch in front of reception desk could do with a soft cushion covering as appears very bouncy but when you sit on it, it is as hard as rock and quite unexpected / startling.
