I love Glow, I love the vibe, I love the staff and Alyssia is simply amazing. There is nothing nicer than having a good chat up with your stylist while eating some cheese and drinking some wine.

Felt very comfortable and at ease through my appointment. Was very happy with end result of my eyebrows 😊. Salon was a bit busy for my liking after lockdown and my vaccination status was not checked which made me uncomfortable.

First of all I understand that you guys are trying to meet your quota of clients and make everyone happy after such a long period of not earning any money but I’ve been a regular for a while and I just felt like I was rushed and just pushed aside because you guys booked clients one too many than you can handle in one day! The week before I got a take home kit for my roots so I was told that my ends will be done at the sink which was fine. My original appointment was for 9am and I was told to come in at 9.30am because of it and then I was going to get my hair cut. I left home at 9am on Tuesday 26/10 as I had put it on my phone diary of my appointment and got a phone call saying I was late! I was told that because I’m late I may not be able to get my hair cut. To cut it short I got my ends done at the sink and then I was asked by Rachel? ( too many names to remember) if I wanted a treatment and so I asked is there time after being told I was late and there might not be time for a haircut! She said yes and we’ll work something out. So got the treatment and rinsed etc. I got back to my seat and said hair dresser asked how I wanted my hair cut and after telling her how I wanted it cut she turned around and said I may not be able to do that as the next client had arrived and if we can reschedule the following week! Going to get my hair done is one of my only vice I spend money on and to have to come back twice in a month is not something I have time for. I have my own business and as I said I understand we’re all trying to please and meet that quota but I just felt like I was being treated like I did the wrong thing by coming in late and being rushed out! I made an appointment like everyone else but felt like I didn’t and was being rushed!! If you guys couldn’t cope, you shouldn’t booked that many clients in one day for your staff!! Everyone will understand how long the wait is! I love getting my hair done once a month and have moved to your salon by Ely as her former client but i was just disappointed on how I was treated and handled. In the end I felt like I was at fault and put everyone behind so I just said no to the hair cut and blow dry and paid and walked out. After being on lockdown, getting my hair done was one of the things I was really looking forward to as I celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary the week before that. I see you guys posting photos of women with their beautiful hair done and all I remember is me walking out with my wet and uncut hair! So this is my take on that day, I’m happy to come back eventually but I’m just disappointed atm.

I had my first peel and brow wax at Glow Beauty Space, with the lovely Alex. It’s the first time I’ve been here for a beauty treatment and the experience was beautiful. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly and made this tired haggard Mumma feel important and special. I have already booked in my next appointment and can’t wait to see the difference in my skin. Thank you xxx
