Similar to all my past experiences at Beauty and Bronze, I received fabulous service at Beauty and Bronze. The girls there are always so friendly and accomodating, and will go the extra mile to help you achieve the spray tan colour desired. Additionally, it's always streak free which is the best

I had a spray tan on Tuesday the 25th of August, and its by the far the best tan I've ever had. My beauty assistant Mel was helpful, comfortable to be around and very bubbly! She offered great advice and helped me choose the desired colour of tan, very pleasant experience overall! I was the perfect colour and will always request Mel in future!

I had a lash lift, Im happy with the outcome but I believe that if client has to wait in a room by themsleves for 10 mintues or more without being able to move or see than the therapists should give the client a hand massage or a head massage to fill in the time. I dont suffer from claustaphobia but on this occasion I totally freaked out and became really anxious, 10 minutes is a long time have your eyes shut and not moving. Most other salons provide this service and this is what make a good therapist stand out from the rest and makes a client come back. I personally would not have this treatment again. Like I said I was happy with the lash lift and the therapist was nice but the anxiety caused is not worth the trouble. I didnt tell the therapist because i was embarassed that i freaked out. The only thing that calmed me down was in the next room a man was getting waxed and i could hear their conversation which allowed me to get distracted from my anxiety. the therapst did ask me if i will be ok by myself and i thought i would be.
