Kathy (hope I spelt her name correctly) was fantastic! She took time to discuss what I wanted (and really listened to me), and then executed the plan to perfection. Unfortunately, it feels as though the receptionist/manager is a little dour, and possibly a little out of her depth, when it comes to knowledge about the industry.
