I was happy with my eyebrow/eyelash tints and pedicure today. I was not 100% happy with my manicure as the dry skin surrounding my fingernails was not removed or treated and the manicure looked shabby. I had to tidy up my finger nails when I got home as the tiny bit of oil applied to them did nothing to alleviate the dryness. I am normally 100% satisfied with my Ella Bache treatments but this experience was disappointing.

I was a bit disappointed with the colour of my brows. They have come out black. I have been to the salon many times and do ask for dark brown however this time they are definitely black not brown.

I thoroughly enjoyed a one hour massage by Casey. She was friendly and I felt wonderful and relaxed after the massage. She was truely excellent. Thank you Casey for a great treatment.
