First time client. I was late to the appointment and communicated by phone that I would be late. The ladies were very helpful and upfront changing the package I had booked to something that I was still happy with but without them going over time. Very happy with the service. Best back massage ever.

Amazing experience at Ella Bache. The therapist was amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend the 2hr facial, back massage and body exfoliation. My skin feels so soft and silky.
