Jess attended to my daughter Megan for her fortnightly booking. First time having Jess but she was so lovely and made Megan feel so comfortable. She chatted to Megan as she was waxing and making sure she was fine and the wax not too hot and did a great job. Megan was so happy with the result. Nice to have some of the other ladies in case our wonderful Sam is away - so if need be when Sam is away or on leave we have other ladies to book with as well. Keep up the great work ladies! It is why we love coming to Ella Bache and always recommend the salon to family and friends.
