I absolutely loved Djurra. Melissa was professional and friendly. My visit was courtesy of a friend who bought me a Living Social voucher as a gift but I bought two skincare products on the day (total $150) because I was very impressed with products, the service, the salon overall and the fact that I got so many services at a great promotional price. I will definitely be back.

The experience at Djurra is very special. The staff are warm and friendly and want you to have a lovely time when you are there. It is on the expensive end though so you need to understand that every little extra is charged for and you will pay for the privelege of being there. Nevertheless, I am willing to pay as it really is a lovely place. Just make sure that you understand all the bits that make up your bill so you know what you are being charged for and then you can choose to include or exclude services next time.

I would have rated the service more highly but I was kept waiting for 30 minutes with no explanation and then thanked for waiting patiently rather than offered an apology.

I absolutely loved my experience at Djurra. I had a cut and blow dry. First, I was given an Aveda tea and an amazing head/neck/shoulder massage for 10-15 mintues. Heaven! Then my hairdresser talked about what I wanted to do with my hair for quite a while and made sure that we both agreed on what she would be doing. Then had another blissful head massage during the shampoo (which was in a massage chair, at this point I was pretty relaxed!). My cut was awesome and all the people there were super firendly. My hairdresser gave me an awesome blow dry too (all my friends commented on my hair that night) and was all finished with a complimentary light make-up application. I think this is the best hairdresser experience I've ever had and I will DEFINITELY be back. I've also been raving to everyone I know about it. Worth every cent.

I felt very relaxed after the massage and facial. Loved it! Would definitely come back. It was my first time there and looking for the place was a bit hard. GPS told me that I'm there but because I was across the street looking at the signboard, it said "Military Surplus Store". Maybe get it changed? Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing.
