Thank-you for the opportunity to give feedback. My last appointment was a good experience. Unfortunately my previous two experiences were not so great about 5 on most ratings. My initial appointments were 8's and 9's. On my previous two appointments one my hair colour was disastrous, very dark almost black which was not what I had ask for and was also being used on another customer being looked after a the same time. The next visit, my hair colour tried to be corrected, it was difficult but was not right but not too bad however the cut was dreadful even though it was the same hairdresser as the previous time and I asked for the same cut as the previous time. Not sure why it happened. Thanks to Kerry my faith has been restored as both the cut and colour was perfect this time and would also like to thank whoever did my waxing which was great and given with care and attention.
