I am always very happy with the end result when I visit Milano. If I were to mention anything it would be perhaps that it is slightly frustrating to be asked to wait. I had a beautician appointment at 1.00pm with hair at 2.00pm. I was sitting in the chair for hair at 10mins after 2pm and was advised then that the person I had booked (via online bookings) was going to be another 10-15min and would I perhaps like to come back, so effectively would have been pretty much half an hour later from 2pm. I asked if someone else could do it, which thankfully they were able & I was grateful for this. The other surprise was that when I booked I was quoted $160 but ended up paying $210, I thought I had booked a hair colour, cut & blowdry. When I was told the ends had to be done I didn't realise this was an additional expense. Perhaps I was being a little dense! But it wasn't really explained that this is fact an additional service! My treatment at Flawless You was fabulous and I was extremely happy with this service.
