Welcome to Ella Baché Morley, established over 7 years ago, the salon at Galleria has steadily built a reputation as a full services salon, with a strong customer service focus. Building on the reputation of the Ella Baché brand, our salon's primary focus is caring for our clients' skin.


Our Ella Baché range has a product to suit every skin type and we take our efforts seriously to diagnose the appropriate product for the individual’s skin. All our staff are fully qualified beauty therapists and we pride ourselves on continuing staff training after they finish beauty school.

My beauty therapist did a wonderful job in attempting to provide a relaxing and wonderful facial. However, my ability to relax and enjoy my facial was spoilt by the lack of soundproofing at this salon. I endured 15 minutes of a therapist and her client discussing products, vitamins and treatments in the next room. Unfortunately instead of the therapist intuitively doing something about this I had to ask her to do something. The two moved out of that room but could still be heard discussing the same in the waiting room. Then I had about 5 minutes of silence before another therapist and her client were in the room across from mine. I had to endure discussion of the pub and club scene due to the coronovirus how it was affecting this woman's work , she was in the financial sector and her team was now working from home. On it went until her treatment finished , ONLY THEN did I finally have an opportunity to relax and enjoy my facial. I spoke with the manager after my facial and she apologised profusely, but seriously were is the respect from the staff for other clients using the service. I am thinking long and hard about returning to this salon.

I had heaps of issues with my appointment. 1. Initially I couldn't find it and despite asking three businesses at Morley Galleria, no one could provide me with the information. The voucher said Morley Galleria, but no shop number of any other details. 2. I rang to find out the exact location but no one answered the phone so I was wandering around trying to find it. 3. When I arrived the door was closed and a sign said they would be open 'after 11', however, my appointment was at 11am (and given that it was my first time there they usually need extra time at the beginning, hence why I tried to arrived early 4. When the therapist finally came to open the door (around 11.05am) she opened the door and then went straight to the cashier area. There was no even a 'hello, come in, or sorry to keep you" or something similar. 5.The therapist then said to take and seat and she asked if I had been before, which I replied I hadn't and then asked if I had a voucher etc. I indicated I had a voucher. After close to 10 minutes, when the previous client came out of the room, she got me to go into the room to begin my treatment. 6. She indicated I was having a facial and I explained that I wasn't. I told her I had booked on line so it was in writing so there is no reason why she shouldn't know (or be confused). 7. She did then go on to say something which I can't really recall as by this time I was too stressed (given I had taken the day off work and had lots to do so really didn't have the additional time. And I told her that time is important too me and it was already 15 minutes into my 1/2 hour treatment. 8. She did ask if I wanted to continue and given that I had just wasted an hour getting there and waiting (and taken the time off work) I said yes. 9. she then proceeded to complete the treatment. 10. When I went to pay she seemed confused about the voucher and indicated she had never seen such a voucher - I found it a bit confusing given that she had asked me about a voucher at the beginning. I was very disappointed with the lack of awareness around customers given that this type of work is very much customer focussed. I did contact the person that gave me the voucher and let her know so she is aware not to purchase further vouchers from here.

I had a dermibrasion and whilst I was laying on the bed at one stage I’m sure the therapist said as she was exiting the room “I’ll get get your take home after care products” but I got nothing. Am I meant to get something.

I received an AMAZING 1 hour full body massage from Kayla. I had back problems and she really got into the knots. I felt better after the one body massage than the two physio appointments I had been to.

Excellent brow wax. The beautician took her time and did an amazing job of fixing my brows. Would definitely recommend!
