Sometimes colour can be a bit hit or miss and the salon could use an update but the people are lovely and it has a good vibe, cuts are great as well.

First time visit at this salon for a haircut, hair and beard coloured service. Prior to my visit I had booked online after reviewing the price list for "Men's cut & colour" being $120. Website did mentioned that prices vary depending on thickness and length (little did I know it would vary by a huge margin). I have been to another place at ashbury where they also use natural/organic products for the EXACT same service as mentioned above for total $115 - no further hidden cost. One star given as the overall colour appeared fine. Everything else was a disappointment - end of service was charged $210!! Sarah did not bother to elaborate the cost breakdown so I had to ask her to write down the cost to justify the huge difference in prices. Turns out I was charged $145 (hair coloured) + $45 (haircut) + $20 (beard coloured). As you can see the $145 PLUS $45 DOES NOT MATCH even close to the $120 Men's Cut AND Colour as advertised on their website. So to put quite bluntly that is false advertising by a huge margin!! As a first time customer Sarah also did not bother to mentioned the $40 off deal for first colour service as mentioned on their website. AND the haircut itself was the worst and quickest haircut ever in my life - no exaggeration. Sarah clearly spent approx two or more minutes to cut my hair before she decided to stop and apply some gel on my hair and then walks away waiting for payment without first asking me if I was happy with the haircut...not even close to $45 haircut worth given that I had to go home and cut all the areas she didn't attempted to cut. Overall Sarah did NOT provide a good customer service experience at all. But I'm glad that I can now warn others before they think about booking here.

Sarah and her staff always make me feel welcome and they all make sure everything is going ok with me. Sarah always fits me in especially in this past week it has been so busy after lockdown ended. I wouldnt go anywhere else
