Great service considering I did not have an appt. One thing I would have preferred though is to have the door closed during my treatment. Would have felt more comfortable not having other staff and clients walking past with me in full view even though I only had an eye lash/eyebrow tint.

I always feel that the staff take their time to give exactly what you like. Friendly and honest and I feel relaxed at the salon the whole time! Definitely recommend Essential Beauty.

I took advantage of the 8 IPL sessions. The staff were always very friendly and professional and I was extremely happy with their service. However, when I was already halfway through my treatments the machine was replaced with a different one, and I felt that because the girls were still getting used to it I did not get the most effective treatment. The next time I went back they had reverted to the old machine. Secondly, after establishing a rapport with the first consultant and feeling very comfortable with her and that she knew what I wanted, she left and was replaced - which of course is out of the hands of the salon. However, rapport with clients is so important, so I was disappointed that following her departure despite my efforts of trying to stick with the one person by being flexible with my availability, I was dealt with by four different girls.
