Waited over an hour for my appointment.. Was waiting at 'reception' for around 15mins before I had to FIND someone to serve me. Waited in the waxing room for 15 mins alone before the girl came back in to me to do my wax (she served and did tans in between).. Finally started the 45 min long Brazilian (which Is also ridiculous!!) while the owners toddler kept opening the door while I was spread eagle on the table. 4 times the little boy came in before the girl barred it with a chair. Wax was so hot it burnt my very very intimate area... Sat on dirty towels with holes in them,. Was able to hear other customers complaining of the wait... As a long time client of noir Blanc (sun perfect) I have been shocked by the decline of service and quality since the (very ameture) construction of the hair salon was built. All in all... Over booked, under staffed, not looked after and not valued as a repeat client. Extremely disappointed and will most likely not be back.
