Appointment was confirmed, then a day later I was contacted and advised that I had to change my appointment, which I did but was very inconvenient as I had other engagements arranged. I arrived 10 minutes early to give time to complete the paperwork required as this was my first time at this particular salon. Shop was not open and had to wait till it opened. As there was not much time left in my session my little beautician kindly cut short my completion of paperwork so she could spend the time on my face. Whilst the young beautician was very polite, friendly , no questions were asked of any problems I had with my skin, if it was sensitive, pigmentation problems and no advice was offered on what products she was putting on my skin and what they did. She did , however, give me a card to take with me where she had written what products had been used. My beautician gave a good facial, however, a lot of time spent on my decolage, rather than my face. I've had many facials over the years. There was no "steamer" used to open up the pores which I have always liked. Whilst saying all of that, it suited me, I prefer not to have to converse, or listen to the "sell" of products and it was quiet and restfull and the music was peaceful.
