I love this salon, however the costs are forever increasing, and to spend $400 plus without even a hair cut is becoming impossible. Paul is an amazing colourist, and gets my hair right every time, however after leaving having spent so much money, it is difficult to enjoy the amazing job he has done. I always feel guilty.

Hi Jamie, thank you for your feedback and thank you for your visit yesterday. I've looked into your service and have spoken to the stylist to get some background. My understanding is that we have done a colour correction (your previous colour was done at another salon). I can see that the work was done and charged correctly. The colour was on the high end of our services, we used our PH Bonder ($45) which is product that mixes into the colour to protect the health of your hair, and we toned the colour ($50) and then styled it for you ($62), my understanding is that Paul did explain the process to you. I believe the service took approximately 3 hours. Paul is our Director and has been with the company for 18 years and his prices do reflect his experience and expertise. However we do apologies for not quoting the price of the service before we started seeing it was a colour correction and a large colour job. I absolutely love the result of my colour ... However, must say I was a little surprised at the cost I have always found your prices very fair and reasonable but this colour was the most I have paid.
