Previously facials have left me feeling a little deflated with the experience not being super relaxing and then being told your skincare isn’t good enough until today… after a recommendation to see Nicole I am left feeling amazing, a great experience with lots of thought and experience. Who would have thought a cheek massage could be a highlight of the facial! Lots of different facial massage techniques and very generous with the use of premium skincare throughout. Little things like placing eye pads on when she was going to leave the face for some time allowed me to understand the progression of the experience without needing to talk. The lunch afterwards is more expensive than what I would pay to go out for lunch but well worth it for the experience after and the food is always delicious. Thank you Nicole.

Paris was lovely. I felt that she took the time to find out why I was there and I what I wanted to achieve through my massage. She was very supportive and checked with me several times to ensure that I was happy. She has a lovely demeanor and I felt very safe and comfortable with her.
