I love how they retain my history of hair colour and were immediately able to have an action plan prepared and executed upon arrival. The staff is extremely professional, complimentary and helpful. Since my last visit was more than 12 months ago, I'm delighted to report that the excellent customer service has remained and once again, exceeded my expectations.
