Just one thing constantly push to purchase products that were so expensive. Other than the hair dresser talking to me no one else did between treatment. I felt isolated .

When receiving an expensive treatment at the basin, I would expect some head massage but it was very put it on stay there for 15 minutes and rinse. In the past there has been head massage. These services I find very inconsistent

The salon staff seemed a little behind on my recent visit. There was a lot of juggling of clients particularly with removing colour, shampooing etc. I would have liked to have added a mask but ran out of time due to delay in starting my appointment. Overall result was good though.

Great salon, just wish they would bring back the tea coffee biscuit offering which was shut off for covid. Only cold water offered.

Focus of staff is to push hair and other products even though not interested. Think this distracts from the job at hand, hair cutting and styling. This was my experience yet problems were dealt with efficiently
