1989 in a small suburban salon in Melbourne's west.

I have worried about giving this feedback but feel it is good to hear it from me as you know how I love Xiang and all the staff. Sometimes after my hair is washed and I am styling, I feel a little discarded and to get a back view and a check on the cut I have to request it, rather than it being a given. I think this has occurred due to the fact that I don't have my hair styled, so I get left a little out on a limb. Customer service is generally top notch, just this little hiccup area. XXOO
