Prices seemed to be a bit over priced, I was told from another customer that I would be charged less than what I was for what I received...Service was average, nothing amazing but not terrible. Maybe a small price reduction would bring in more customers

Unfortunately, my experience was decidedly underwhelming. I believe that when services and products are advertised then staff should be competent in the use of those products and services. I was made to feel as though I was the problem rather than inexperienced and inadequately trained staff who were further limited by a ridiculously small degree of choice offered by the salon in respect to the product. Not good enough!

Thank you for your feedback. We can assure you that our beauty therapists are all highly trained and extremely competent in the services that they provide. We have on hand approximately 42 colours in Gel Nails at anytime. We also offered that we could order in a colour if there was a particular one you were after. I must completely disagree on your rating for "Value For Money" as after your discussion with Anne we refunded the amount paid for the service. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Eyebrow shape booked came home were different shapes, one trimmed so much with scissors had bare patches, would not recommend for waxing
