I was booked in for 6 pm but wasn't seen until 6.20 pm after reminding them that I had been waiting 20 minutes. My facial was heavenly, so relaxing, and I have recommended it to lots of my friends.

Every time I have been to Victoria's the staff have been fabulous, always confirming what services I'm after, checking to make sure its what I wanted and always being really friendly! The rooms are warm and inviting, as well as always clean and organised! The staff are really helpful when it comes to making appointments and I have never had any trouble getting in. Thanks so much :)

The value is there for the money spent, i guess it is just very expensive to improve the way you look feel and if the cost were lower i could come more often. thank you Maxine
