I like the way I was listened to when I wanted to modify the treatment. I did not have to argue etc and that makes a big difference. I also like that there is no hard sell for additional products, apart from saying that they are there. I don't buy with pressure but was happy to do so when I get information and can make a choice myself. I am pleased with the treatment just a few hours later. Pore size already appears reduced. Yay!
