As a (late) newcomer to the cosmetic industry I was not sure what to expect during my first consultation at Victoria's, but I was welcomed warmly and received excellent professional advice from James about my options and what outcomes I could expect. Quotes were provided and after my first treatment I'm very happy with the quality of the service and the knowledge and skills of Victoria's staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victoria's, especially to anyone who is not quite sure whether cosmetic treatment is for them. I found James so reassuring and relatable that I was instantly comfortable with him and knew that I could trust his professionalism and his recommendations. There is no 'upselling' at Victoria's, which is refreshing in an industry not always known for integrity. Staff are upfront about what is viable and what isn't and whether treatments are suitable for you. This level of honesty is so valuable.
