I am extremely disappointed with my recent tattoo removal experience. Having undergone two previous removal sessions, I was familiar with the procedure and what to expect. Unfortunately, this appointment fell well below the standard of care and professionalism I had previously experienced. Throughout the appointment, I felt uncomfortable and judged by the technician performing the treatment. Her manner made me feel uneasy, and I was also positioned awkwardly during the procedure, which added to my discomfort. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of precautions taken to protect my other tattoo. During my first removal session, this tattoo was appropriately covered to prevent accidental laser exposure. However, during this appointment, it was left uncovered, and when I involuntarily flinched due to the pain, the laser struck my other tattoo. While I understand that accidents can happen, I believe this situation could have been avoided had the same precautions been taken as during my previous treatment. Additionally, the procedure was significantly more painful than either of my previous sessions. I fully understand that laser tattoo removal involves a degree of discomfort; however, the level of pain I experienced was considerably greater than expected. Three days after the treatment, I have developed raised, fluid-filled blisters across the treated area of my ankle and am continuing to experience discomfort. This has left me concerned about the treatment and the potential impact on my skin. Overall, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care, attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated during this appointment. As a returning client, I expected a consistent standard of treatment, particularly regarding client comfort and safety. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in returning for further treatments, and I would find it difficult to recommend this service based on my most recent experience.
