I always enjoy my experience at Urban Chic. I come out with gorgeous fresh hair that feels so soft and strong. Any time I want to do a change, the process and outcome are explained to me. The most refreshing part of my visits is how well the hair salon is run, everyone is busy doing their jobs and anytime the younger staff have questions, Amy and the seniors are always so respectful and encouraging with their explanations.

Totally enjoyed my hair appointment with the lovely Beth. I am a long time happy client with Urban Chic. This was my first appointment with the Beth and she did not disappoint. All the lovely stylists are so well trained. A friendly happy environment makes spending time at the salon a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As usual I came away with a beautiful fresh colour treatment and trimmed. Could not recommend this salon highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Annie is amazing. She listens to clients needs and makes thoughtful suggestions to ensure the best outcome. I always walk away from Urban Chic with a spring in my step that has as much to do with the experience as it does to do with my refreshed hair!!

Annie is always amazing. She does magic with hair and works hard to get the look you want. Would 100% recommend her to people but that would make her harder to book in to!
