I had a fantastic experience at Universal Beauty. The girls are advanced therapists with outstanding knowledge and beautiful personalities. I would highly recommend for any beauty treatments. I received the perfect treatment from perfectionists.

As a long time client my bookings have always been dealt with quickly and courteously. Liz and her team provide excellent customer service and all the treatments and products the salon provides are of an outstanding quality and standard.

Em did really well today, given the power outage. She was calm and in control despite no power, no lights, no heating. She made me feel welcome, and was very versatile given the difficult circumstances, for example to compensate for the lack of heating, she used a blanket to keep me warm. She also took additional steps such as locking the door to maintain security, as the senor was not working. Overall, a good experience, despite trying circumstances.

It's always a pleasure to visit Universal Beaut Studio as I have done for at least 10 years. The atmosphere is extremely friendly & always professional.

This salon is all about providing a results driven experience. I would not say it is relaxing but it is achieves results which is what I want. Liz and Emily know how skin works and how their DMK products will help your specific issues - they are impressice. It's quite incredible and they are very focused on ensuring they get your skin looking healthier and better. That's their focus and for me, that's the type of beautician I want. I had a treatment two weeks ago and had not such a great reaction. Liz followed me up a few days after the treatment, I told her what my skin was doing. As well as reassuring me it was normal given my skin was dehydrated, she also found time for me on the weekend and asked me to come in, free of charge, for a review and quick facial. THat is going above and beyond. ANd it worked. My skin is looking amazing and i am a real advocate for Liz and the team at Universal Beauty. Not many beauticians will do that... products are expensive though and I sometimes feel there is too much product push. I would prefer a simpler routine but I appreciate Universal Beauty is very results focused so there is a reason for all the products I am sure!
