I got Curtain Bangs that I did not ask for. Now I have a high maintenance hair style. It would have been nice to be consulted before chopping my fringe that short.

I did not get at all what I asked for, it will take me literally years to grow out this cut to where it was before. Very angry and disappointed. The cut isn’t what I asked for and it’s not even well done, it’s uneven and looks like a home hack job. There is no way to fix it so no point talking to the salon about it. Should have noticed no reviews enabled on Facebook. Devastated.

Coming out of lockdown, bookings more important than ever. My booking was pushed back by over an hour, they did their best to fit me is as quickly as possible which I appreciate but unfortunately I was still late for my next appointment. I was charged the full rate for a student (she was wearing her student uniform) to do a poor blow wave. I asked not to use the straightener but this was unavoidable in the end because she could not get a good curl in my hair with the blow dryer alone (I have bouncy hair that holds curl well, I think she was just inexperienced). In the end went over the front part about 15 times and I think burnt my hair. I think charging the full amount for a student was probably a bit unfair.

Maybe inform people when you are going to charge soo much above the original quote.

I recently saw Sophia, which was overall pleasant at the time. Just be careful when it comes to layers - I only wanted light face framing at the front, but it becomes clear when the hair isn't expertly blow-dried that the layers are far shorter than I would like. I basically have curtain bangs now, which I did not want - and I'm not someone who likes heat styling my hair at home. I just wish I was consulted at the time as to what length of layering I would prefer, rather than just going ahead and doing it. It might look nice blow-dried, but waking up it's a different story
