I've always had great haircuts here and had lots of compliments after my last haircut. I was really looking forward to this new one but it's probably the worst cut I've had since I was a kid. Nothing like I asked for. The hairdresser didn't seem to care at all. I was hoping it would grow on me but I've given it all day and I hate it. I've actually had friends comment "what did you do". As much as I liked it the previous times, I won't be going back.

I was rushed through and not happy with the result, the salon increased the standard price i usually pay despite the fact that i am a regular customer. Will not be going back nor recommending to friends, family or my customers.

When you ask for a trim and she uses thinning scissors that ruin your hair. Not happy!

Only set 30 minutes for my haircut, before another client came in for theirs, so they rushed mine to attend that client. My hair came out nowhere near the way I wanted it.

I didnt feel as if i was listened to with my requests and feel as if they did a poor job on purpose so i would have to go back again. The money i spent was not equivilant to the job and effort that was done.The colour i asked for and the colour i received was completely different.

After being very clear with instructions, the hairdresser still got it wrong. I asked for a number 3 on the sides and she did a 1.5. I would have thought this is rather easy. My hair looked terrible and it has caused me lots of embarrassment. Then after admitting she made a mistake i was still charged $40. I did appreciate that she admitted to getting it wrong, but being charged this amount for a horrendous haircut is ridiculous. Although she has offered to fix it in 2 weeks, i still will not risk coming back, but did also appreciate the offer, even though for 2 weeks i look terrible. I will not be returning.
