Once again very pleased with the result of my hair cut. My hairdresser listens to my concerns and finds a way to fix any problems I have experienced. All the staff are friendly and cannot do enough to make sure that the whole experience is a good one. Hope everybody has a Merry Christmas.

Even with Louisa on holidays I knew I could trust in Raechells expertise. Young Beth was a bright shining light and assisted in everyway possible. Very happy with a change in style, lovely cut.

Love how I get looked after as soon as I step in the door. No waiting about, prompt service, always asking and making suggestions. I love how Rachael does my hair and it's great chatting to her. Everything from a nice cup of tea with a side dish of chocolate eggs, up to date magazines, comfortable chairs, great music and an escort to the car during the storm with a large umbrella. Xxxx
