I enjoy coming to this Salon, as well as having knowledgeable staff, I enjoy free fringe-trims and the complementary coffee/tea. Usually I'm asked if I'd like a coffee, but this time I had to ask (and it was getting close to the end of my appt). I also brought a friend with me, and she was never asked if she'd like a drink either (it was one of the reasons I recommended this salon to her). I actually asked my hairdresser quietly if my friend could please be asked, and she agreed but it didn't happen. I then asked again if the apprentice wouldn't mind making one for her and I heard my hairdresser ask the apprentice, but it never arrived. I felt bad sipping on my coffee while she had none (it was her first visit and she didn't feel comfortable saying something). It's only a small thing but I think there needs to be consistency in this area. Either you offer a drink to everyone, or you don't. Hence my ratings.
