I was really impressed with the professional consultation from stylist Taylor. She gave me a display book of colours to choose from and gave suggestions on what would look good. When the colour didn't turn out quite as I'd hoped because my hair took up the blonde extra well, she was happy to keep adding more toner until we achieved what I was wanting. I also loved the wavy blow-dry that Taylor did. Thank you :-)
