There does not seem to be a schedule of service prices on view. Consequently each time that I visit the charges for exactly the same service varies from $195 to $250. When receiving a hair cut it is more a trim than a new hair style. It is awkward at the end of the appointment to find that each time I have to second guess what the charges will be. It is often up to receptionist to determine the price. Often after a query the price will drop. The Stelios Papas store in the city offers the same services and charges up to $50 cheaper. The reason I stay with the Toowong salon is because my hairdresser is an excellent cutter. Perhaps you could explain why the prices are fluid? And, why some of your promotional products are not honoured. For example appointments already booked on promotional days do not receive discounts, even when they are booked by loyal customers. Once again the receptionist determines whether they are honoured or not, it seems that it is at her discretion. Please can a quotation for a service be discussed as I am sure that Stelios Papas, Toowong does not want to lose customers. I have been going to this Salon for over 15 years and these practices have only been occurring recently. Thanks
