As always staff were friendly and efficient. Style was exactly what I asked for, no hard sales push for products and 3 weeks later the cut still looks fantastic.

I am very happy with the service I receive at South21. In particular, I find that Grant listens to me and works to achieve what I am aiming for for my hair. This is a nice change as hairdressers I have gone to in the past have ignored what I want and cut my hair as they wish to see it. Grant does not try to sell me products that I do not need, nor do colour etc when I don't want it. I appreciate this approach and also enjoy seeing Grant each time I attend the salon. He is always happy and this makes my appointments fun.

I always enjoy my experience at South21. Both James and Grant are warm, friendly guys who make a visit to the salon lots of fun. Grant listens to what I want to do with my hair and works to achieve that end, something that I have not always found at other hairdressers. Grant is an excellent hair cutter. I get quite a few compliments about my hair and the cut from work colleagues and friends. He does a great job.
