I took my daughter in law and myself to have our hair done for a wedding which we explained. I had booked over the phone with an experienced hairdresser as my hair is fine and difficult to last however I was given the 1 year apprentice and my daughter in law the 2 year apprentice. Both girls were charming and really tried hard to do their best for us but unfortunately, particularly my girl didn't have a lot of experience and needed more guidance, found it difficult. I felt very sorry for her as she really tried very hard to please me. Within an hour my daughter in law's hair didn't even look like it had been done and mine looked very oily and really bad as if it hadn't even been washed let alone blow waved with the product used so very disappointing for all I paid. Disappointing but please don't blame the girls .

I am very pleased with the results. The consult helped me decide the best way to blend in my silver roots with my bleached long hair. The use of foils and toning gave it a very natural look. I felt listened to and treated with care.
