I have been having waxes for the last 35 years & I have never before sat in a chair just off from the front desk out in plain view to have my treatment. This was rather off-putting but the service provided was excellent.

I'm always taken in on time for my appointment but today, the appointment before me was running late therefore I was about 15 to 20 minutes late starting my pedicure. As a result my appointment was not the usual 1 hour that I have. I never have any complaints about the way I am treated - Tina is great at what she does - and I'm sure today was out of the ordinary.

Sara was extremely professional . Lovely , relaxing massage . A little pricey , but worth it .

The reason for the 0 rating for quality professional advice given was that I did not have any advice given at all. That's ok. The only fault is I did not receive the full 60 minutes of treatment. My appointment was at 1.30pm, in which I arrived right on time. I waited 10 minutes until being taken in to the treatment room, undressed, had treatment, re-dressed, sat down for another 10 minutes afterwards sipping the tea and this was all within 60 minutes. The entire duration of my treatment in this case was definately not the 60 minutes as promised. Oh well, I still very much enjoyed being pampered. Maybe next time I'll set a timer :-P
