Room was a little cold, I didn’t speak up because I didn’t want to interrupt my massage - which was amazing! Great staff, great experience and environment.

I loved my experience. I've worn minimal make-up for 30 years and have never felt confident applying any more. My make up lesson was so informative, easy and fun. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to look a little more polished with their make-up application. It's a lovely environment too, calm and relaxing.

The reason for the 0 rating for quality professional advice given was that I did not have any advice given at all. That's ok. The only fault is I did not receive the full 60 minutes of treatment. My appointment was at 1.30pm, in which I arrived right on time. I waited 10 minutes until being taken in to the treatment room, undressed, had treatment, re-dressed, sat down for another 10 minutes afterwards sipping the tea and this was all within 60 minutes. The entire duration of my treatment in this case was definately not the 60 minutes as promised. Oh well, I still very much enjoyed being pampered. Maybe next time I'll set a timer :-P

I had a beautiful experience at Skin Spirit Day Spa. My therapist Naomi was very professional and gave me a thoroughly indulgent treatment. The salon was aesthetically pleasing to the senses and provided me with the mini luxury escape I needed. I would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely loved my treatment, masseuse was amazing. Only feedback would be need to better soundproof. The masseuse tip toes to try and be as quiet as possible but you can hear conversations of the people next door.
