I went in for a facial when I had terrible acne. The beautician recommended a microdermabrasion. This aggravated my skin and spread the infection. After speaking to other beauty therapists I found out that during a breakout, microderm should not be used over the top of the acne as it spreads the infection.

I recieved a spary Tan, and it was meant to a light colour. Prior to booking the sptray Tan I discussed what I was looking for, and asked them what day would be best to get the Tan they told me 2 days prior, the day befor my event and is still very dark and I followed the girls instructions not to shower untill the next morning. it is very dark and I am now having to scrub it off. On the tops of my hands is extremely dark, and then inbwtween my fingers and on my palms is white.. if I clench my hand in the creases on my hands is white lines, and then dark tan. I have had many a spray Tan, and I have never been so disopointed or had som many negative comments. I will not be geting another Spary Tan from here. The service was great, and the consultant is lovely, Im not sure if it was the application or the Tanning Prouduct used, but it is not good.

I'm tired of staff always making comments about problem areas and trying to sell their products which will miraculously fix such problems.

I received a gift voucher for Xmas so decided to have a DIBI facial, as I had bought a few of their products. I didn't really see any difference at all after the facial, But a few days later when I caught up with my mother, she commented on how lovely and smoothe my skin looked. The only disappointment I would comment on, is that I had received a $20 voucher from your beatuty salon that I could spend on any service, so thought I could use that towards my gift voucher, as the DIBI facial cost $180.00. But wasn't allowed to use it with my gift voucher. I couldn't understand that. As my husband had spent $$ $120.00 on the gift voucher.

Had a really nice pedicure and facial. My only complaint was that they "upgraded" my treatment as it went along without explicitly getting my agreement to do so and then charged me $50 more than I expected to pay at the end...

In my opinion the prices are too expensive. For a simple eye brow wax, $22, it's a little ridiculous. It takes not even 5 minutes to wax my brows and I certainly know you don't need $22 to cover the little amount of wax used on me. Unfortunately I may have to look for cheaper options which is a shame cause I do like going there and I think the girls are so lovely.
