Comment
Great experience, I felt that Steve was very experienced, and he was able to understand what I wanted very easily. He also was great at making me feel at ease and respected, with a completely non-judgemental tone towards any discussions about my haircare. I also felt that he did not try and sell me extra products, and was very much focused on providing a great cut instead, only selling me something when I specifically asked to buy something.
